VOTES FROM AB BOARD

As part of my duties as Inspector General, I am tasked with tallying the
votes of the AB, and reporting these votes to the AB.

On October 27, 2008, voting was completed on AB08-06: Revised SFA Policy
and Procedures

By a vote of 13:03:00 (aye:nay:abstain) this motion passed.
